Confidentiality of personal information :
PARFUM D’AVENTURE undertakes, subject to legal obligations, to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information received and to use this information solely for the purposes of organizing the chosen tour program(s). Some information will be communicated to third parties outside our agency in order to obtain all necessary visas, permits or flight bookings.

As soon as we receive your application and booking form, we will send you an acknowledgment e-mail and your booking will be confirmed and guaranteed on receipt of your deposit. We will then e-mail you an invoice stating the full amount of the program(s) and the deposit paid. You will need to produce this invoice on arrival.

We will then e-mail all participants a letter providing any information they need to prepare for the trip (medicine, clothing to pack, etc.)
