Please read through the following terms and conditions carefully before completing the booking form, which you can download from the bottom of this page.
Your chosen itinerary may be modified at the last minute due to circumstances beyond our control. In this case, we will do our utmost to provide you with the closest alternative to the itinerary initially advertised. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by international or domestic airlines (e.g. flight overbooking, delays or cancellations), adverse weather conditions, poor conditions of roads and hiking trails, local strikes, governmental changes, or natural hazards or disasters.
Any tour terminated due to one of the above-mentioned causes will not be reimbursed by us. However, please rest assured that, in such an event, we would naturally do everything possible to offer a suitable alternative to all customers.
If a tour is cancelled or changed due to circumstances beyond our control, our staff still need our guarantee that we can pay their salaries for the scheduled duration of the tour.
Deposit
Your booking will become effective once we have received 20% of the total price of the tour by bank transfer to our bank account in Nepal. Any banking fees incurred on this transfer must be paid by yourself. After receiving this sum, we will e-mail you a booking confirmation and receipt.

Balance
To avoid additional banking fees, you can pay the balance on arrival by cash or travelers checks.
You will need to sign a copy of our sales terms and conditions outlined above.
If you cancel your trip at least 4 weeks before your departure, we will refund 50% of the deposit you paid. If you cancel after 4 weeks before your departure, you will not be entitled to any refund.
In the event that you need to withdraw early from a tour or return home due to personal or family reasons, PARFUMS D’AVENTURE cannot be held responsible and will not refund you for the remaining days of your tour.

If you are not part of a group (minimum of 2 people for tours in Nepal and 4/5 for India or Tibet) and would be happy to join an existing group, we can offer you a selection of ready-booked tours and dates so that you can go ahead with your trip.
If your group is too small, our website can help put you in touch with other travel companions.
In any case, please tell us all your requirements so that we can do all we can to achieve your ideal trip.
Once you have contacted us and are satisfied with our tour proposal, you need to complete the booking form and register with us as soon as possible so that we can start planning your trip.
Please don’t leave it until the last minute to register, as some of our tour programs require a series of administrative formalities that need to be completed several weeks in advance.
